Last month we celebrated our annual ACvA Excellence in Cardiovascular Awards at the Victorian Heart Hospital in Melbourne.
We’d like to thank the Honourable Ged Kearney MP, Assistant Minister for Health & Aged Care for her generous words of introduction and acknowledgement.
She praised the quality of Australian cardiovascular and stroke research saying, “Reading through this year’s nominations, I was so impressed by the many innovative projects being undertaken.”
She congratulated the Winners, Finalists and all researchers, saying, “Your efforts are critical in building a healthier and more resilient Australia.”
